This production line is widely used for carburizing, soft nitriding, protective atmosphere heating and quenching of gears, bearings, crankshafts and other automotive parts. The heating method includes electric heating or gas heating, and the quenching medium can be mineral oil or nitrate. We also provide pusher tray furnace production lines compatible with direct quenching, pressure quenching, bainite isothermal quenching and other processes to meet your different process requirements.
