此生(shēng)産線适用于大(dà)型結構件(jiàn)氣體(tǐ)滲碳、淬火(huǒ)、調質、正火(huǒ)、退火(huǒ)工(gōng)藝熱(rè)處理(lǐ)。工(gōng)件(jiàn)直接裝爐無需料盤，節能效果顯著。轉移料車采用優化結構設計(jì)。工(gōng)件(jiàn)由加熱(rè)爐轉移到淬火(huǒ)槽時，轉移料車取料後可(kě)以直接轉移，取消回退和送料行程時間，實現工(gōng)件(jiàn)快(kuài)速轉移淬火(huǒ)功能。
生(shēng)産線主要構成 ：上料台、大(dà)型可(kě)控氣氛罩式加熱(rè)爐、淬火(huǒ)槽、罩式高（低）溫回火(huǒ)爐、軌道叉車式轉移料車、風(fēng)冷(lěng)台等組成。生(shēng)産線控制系統可(kě)以輔助生(shēng)成生(shēng)産工(gōng)藝、自(zì)動記錄工(gōng)藝過程數據，實現産品跟蹤追溯等。其拓展模塊可(kě)以與上位機(jī)系統聯網，實現在線生(shēng)産控制。

In addition to have basic modules such as automatic generation of control processes, automatic recording of process parameters, and realization of product tracking and traceability, its expansion modules add host computer monitoring system, realize the automatic control.
